Zoom Meetings - Rules of Use
- Be early to the meeting so you can start on time
- Ditch any distractions (phones/other devices etc)
- Setup somewhere quiet so you can concentrate (where possible)
- Headphones are recommended for sound quality and audio
- Chat use is for work related content only and for questions (host may disable the chat at their discretion)
- Raise your hand if you wish to ask a question or make a comment (this can be done physically or on screen function)

1. Access your report from last term and check over what you have written so far. Have it read to you or read it for spelling and grammar errors. (5-10 mins)
2. Access the template and find the section you are currently up to. Read through the examples from the template to understand what and how to write.
3. Continue writing the report section you are up to. There is no set section you should have completed, but by now, we should be aiming for the last two sections of the discussion and conclusion sections.
